What is AdEstate AI and how does it work?

AdEstate AI is an AI-powered platform that generates professional real estate ad creatives in seconds. Enter your property details — headline, location, type, and optional images — and our AI creates a high-quality ad ready for social media, print, or digital campaigns.

What ad formats and platforms are supported?

We generate ad creatives optimized for all major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more. You can regenerate or refine your ad using our AI editing tools to get the perfect fit for your campaign.

Can I upload my own property images?

Yes. The Free plan lets you upload 1 property image per project, and both the Starter and Pro plans support up to 5 images. Your images are blended into the AI-generated ad creative for a polished, branded result.

What happens when I run out of banner credits?

Each plan comes with a set number of banner credits (Free: 2, Starter: 20, Pro: 70). Once used, you can upgrade your plan for more credits. Regenerating an ad also uses credits — Pro users get the first regeneration free per project.

How does the yearly billing discount work?

Choosing yearly billing saves you approximately 20% compared to paying monthly. For example, the Starter plan drops from $228/year (monthly) to $183/year, and the Pro plan goes from $948/year to $759/year.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
